2. How does Customer Eclub Work?
Our Program is really simple... 1.) We help you build and manage your list  2.) We Custom design your email campaign - you tell us when you want it sent to your customers. 3.) We provide you tracking information so you can monitor the success of your customer list and promotional offerings. 3. How do I collect Emails from my customers?
Most companies will start off with little or no email addresses. We provide you with attractive sign up tools to reach out to your customers and get them to subscribe right there in your place of business. Once a month (or whenever necessary) simply mail your completed forms to us and we take of the rest. We also provide your customers with the ability to sign up directly online. 

You will find that building your email database is faster and easier than you think. Consider if you only sign up 10 new members a day for the first month, you will have added 200 plus people to your database. In just a few months your loyal customer list will grow tremendously. 

4. Can you use my existing customer Email addresses?

5. Will I be able to get a copy of my database?
Absolutely. As long as you are an active client, you can get a copy database at any time, free of charge. These are your customers, we simply manage your database for you. 

6. Do you share my information with other companies?

7. Do the Emails come from my company name?
Yes they will. Emails are sent from your company name, and each email is personalized with your customers name. You can also customize the email subject line to whatever you want. 

8. What do the Welcome Links Emails look like?
Each email campaign is custom designed with your business information for maximum effectiveness. Click here to view a sample of the email designs. To ensure maximum response to your mailings, and tracking, coupons are embedded in the email but are also hosted links. This ensures recipients who cannot view graphics in their email, or HTML formatted emails will not miss your message.

9. Who decides what offers are sent to my customers?
We work with you to service your customers, ultimately you decided what offers you make to your customers. All we need from you is some simple verbiage and your offer, we do the rest for you. We can even assist you with your presentation if necessary. Our goal is to make the program as simple as possible so that you can concentrate on running your business. Typically 15 to 30 minutes per month should be all the time you will have to spend on your email campaigns. You can easily communicate your message information to us via email, phone, fax or postal mail.

10. What kind of response will I get from the Emails?

11. Can I see who opens the Emails?
Yes you can. Each month you will be sent tracking information on your email lists, allowing you to see open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe's, new memberships and more. This is profitable information we provide as part of our service to you.

12. How long of a commitment do I have to make?
We believe it is our job to earn your business, not lock you into a long term contract. You are free to participate with Customer Eclub for as long or as short as you wish... we do ask that you use the program initially for the four month trial period which will help you effectively evaluate the program. The Service then runs strictly month-to-month... it's that simple.

13. How often am I required to send Emails?
We recommend communicating with your email list members at least on a monthly basis. This helps ensure your customers remember they signed up to receive your emails, so when you send them they are not filtered as spam. You of course are free to instruct us to send as many or as few times as you'd like... some clients choose to send offers on a weekly basis, others bi-weekly or monthly but how often you send is strictly up to you.

18. Can I purchase an Email List from Welcome Links?
No! Welcome Links does not sell email lists. Purchased email lists do not perform anywhere near a custom grown subscription list. If you are thinking of using a purchased email list reconsider and let us help you build your own customer list instead. 

19. What is Spam? Is CustomerEclub Spam?
Spam is essentially unsolicited commercial email, in other words email that the person receiving it did not ask for. 20. Why Hire you? Can't I just Email my customers myself?
Sure... you could do it all yourself. If you're willing to spend the time and money and you don't mind the many hours of work that will be needed in developing a solid email marketing campaign. Or.. if you'd rather concentrate on building your business, let us do all that work for you. 

If you do decide to go it "on your own" here are a few things to consider... you might want to check with your ISP to ensure they will allow you to send large quantity emails in one batch or you could risk having your Internet account suspended. Plus if you can you'll want to establish working relationships with other major ISP's to avoid their "black list" You might also want to make sure whoever is designing your email campaign creates and HTML design that downloads quickly or some recipients on slower connections may never see your email. Also some people prefer text emails, so you'll actually need to build two email templates. Be careful with your email subject line because anti-spam software might quickly filter you out. While we're on the topic of spam be sure you've included a way for people to "opt-out" quickly from your service. Also be sure to respond quickly to all spam complaints you might receive, accurate registration records will be useful when you answer. Be sure everything you are doing is following all the laws and regulations of the Federal Can-Spam Act of 2003 as well as your local State regulations regarding email marketing.
